Description
An 80 year old for hire super scientist that specializes in...well, damn near everything. His most recent contract was for a man named Sebastian Drake but due to Drakes untimely demise he is out of work. Until, He meets Bruce, a Widely known drug lord kingpin. He creates a mutation virus that transforms bruce into the ultimate "tin man". One day after putting up with him he drops bruce as a client and goes off the grid. For years hes been developing the formula for immortality, A radical concept but to him, not out of reach. Seemingly he has found it and injects himself. Sure enough he comes back a stronger, more youthful man with the ultimate in ocular genetics. He now proceeds to create his own syndicate, comprised of super soldiers, robotics and mutants. His greatest creation is Eve, A superhuman female bred entirely in a lab to kill and of similar genetics to one of his adversaries. A dangerous man, he still seeks answers to the secrets of the mind, body and universe. He is now a sadistic, twisted man who finds pleasure in pain. As Tate Discovers this underworld of super humans, Naturally they cross paths and Tate underestimates this particular target. Tate escapes but L is intrigued by him. Hes become a thorn in his side, So L creates and sends a plethora of Monsters, Assassins and Androids after him to eliminate him, and its cat and mouse from there.
